Communications Assistant:
Full-time - Glasgow - £26K starting salary
As a Communications Assistant at SALAD, you play an essential role in the successful execution of campaigns and day-to-day operations. Working closely with senior team members, you will focus on delivering high-quality support and ensuring the smooth implementation of strategies, while also contributing to administrative tasks that form the backbone of our operations.

Core Responsibilities
Media & Influencer Engagement
Execute media and influencer engagement activities with direction from senior team members.
Manage logistics for influencer seeding, including bookings, tracking deliveries and follow-ups.
Monitor media and influencer placements, ensuring accurate documentation for reports.
Maintain and update databases of media and influencer contacts, ensuring they are current and comprehensive.
Social Media Support
Assist with the implementation and execution of social media strategies developed by senior team members.
Schedule content across social media platforms using approved tools.
Support content creation for both client projects and SALAD’s own social media channels, contributing ideas and creating engaging posts.
Monitor client social media channels for activity and engagement, flagging opportunities or issues as needed.
Collate data for performance reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Partnerships
Provide administrative support for partnership planning and activations.
Maintain records of partnership activities, including timelines, contacts, and deliverables.
Events
Support event planning and logistics under senior team guidance.
Assist with guest list management, including tracking RSVPs and liaising with attendees.
Provide on-event support as required, ensuring smooth operations.
Research & Administrative Support
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities as directed.
Keep all agency databases and contact lists up to date, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
